Points for years of relevant self-employment experience (max 35)
Maximum points for ages 21-49 (max 10)
Points based on educational credentials (max 25)
Points for English and/or French proficiency (max 24)
Additional points for spouse's education, Canada experience (max 6)
You need 35 points to meet the pass mark

Meet the minimum pass mark of 35 points based on experience, education, age, language, and adaptability.
Proof of sufficient funds to support yourself and family members after arrival in Canada.
Pass medical examination and security/background checks. Clear criminal and immigration history.
