Startup Visa Requirements

Key criteria you must meet to apply for the startup visa.

Innovative Product/Service

Your business idea must be innovative and new to the Dutch market. It should offer something unique or solve a problem in a new way.

Certified Facilitator Agreement

You must have an agreement with an RVO-certified facilitator who will guide and sponsor your application.

Business Plan

Detailed business plan showing product/service, target market, revenue model, and development roadmap.

Sufficient Funds

Proof of sufficient means to live in the Netherlands during the startup phase (approximately EUR 1,450/month).

Valid Passport & TB Test

Valid passport for duration of stay. TB test certificate required for Indian nationals.

Dutch Company Registration

Your startup must be registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) within the year.
